Mistress Scarlet returned with a pile of shiny black rope and a bar stool. Then she untied Penelope’s hands and ankles and stood her up. The ball gag was replaced with a bit gag.

“Remove your pantyhose and sit on the barstool with your hands behind your back,” Mistress Scarlet said.

Penelope followed the commands, and quickly found her hands being secured with one of the black ropes. This was followed by her knees and ankles also being tightly tied. Finally, Mistress Scarlet tied Penelope’s big toes together.

“I think we’re ready to proceed to the next step now,” said Mistress Scarlet.
